Shipping & Returns Policy

We want to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers. Below are our policies for shipping, receiving, and returning both medium items (e.g., bar carts, home bar furniture) and large items (e.g., ping pong tables). We offer free shipping across the contiguous United States.

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment. We will then contact our suppliers to confirm item availability.

  • If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and inform you via email.
  • If your item is available and ready to ship, we will process the payment and begin shipment.

Shipping

  • Free Shipping: All items ship for free via standard delivery. Larger items like ping pong tables are shipped through freight carriers and include curbside delivery (delivery to your driveway or sidewalk).
  • White Glove Service (Optional): For an additional fee, we have a separate White Glove Service available if you require assembly.
  • Delivery Timeframes:
    • Medium items: 5-7 business days.
    • Large items: 7-14 business days (freight deliveries may take up to 20 business days).
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information within 24 hours.

Preparing for Delivery

  • Ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.
  • For large freight deliveries, have someone available to assist with unloading.
  • Check that the delivery location is accessible for large freight trucks. If delivery is not possible due to location issues, additional shipping and storage fees may apply.

Receiving Your Order

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: It is crucial to inspect the delivery for any damage. If the packaging shows signs of damage (e.g., dents, scratches), note this on the Proof of Delivery (POD) and take photos. If there is no visible damage, sign the POD with “Possible internal damage” noted.
  • If the driver is rushing, or you can’t inspect the contents immediately, still make a note of potential damages. Failure to do so may void any claims for damages.

Damaged Items

If you find any damage:

  • Ground Shipments: Contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the damage. We will process an insurance claim and work to replace or repair the item at no cost to you.
  • Freight Shipments: Note all damages on the POD and contact us immediately. Provide photos and details(order number), and we will assist in filing a claim and organizing repairs or replacements.

Return Policy

We offer a hassle-free return process for most items, subject to the conditions below:

  • Return Window: Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving the item.
  • Return Fees:
    • Medium items: Free returns. A prepaid return label will be provided.
    • Large items: Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made orders and clearance items are final sale.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Damaged or used items are not eligible for return. Returns must be shipped back within 14 days from delivery.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Cancellations after shipment are treated as returns and may incur restocking and shipping fees.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders canceled after billing and before shipment will incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • Orders canceled after shipment will incur all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

White Glove Installation (for Large Items)
